This former Ottoman mansion and its garden is surrounded by historical narrow streets and old houses. With 14 rooms on 3 floors, this large home has restored traditional rooms with their wood floors and woven rugs. From its opening 3 years ago, the owners have put an emphasis on sustainable practices and are active in the community, helping to preserve its historical culture. The mansion was named after İbrahim Fuat Armutçuoğlu, who lived here from 1886 to 1962 and was one of the first mayors of the Republican period in Mudurnu. Fuatbeyler Konagi’s restaurant offers a rich menu of Ottoman and Turkish cuisine, including local delicacies and delicious desserts. You can start your Mudurnu experience with a healthy village breakfast. The restaurant also has an outdoor dining area and the owners offer packed lunches on request. All rooms have a private shower/bathroom.
