Arslan Bey is a magnificent historical building built in 1881 during the Ottoman Empire. An important feature of the mansion which led to its registration as a historic structure is its bay window on the first floor. The bay window adds dynamism to the exterior of the building by connecting the space to the street, and thanks to the windows on three sides, it adds value to the interior by taking in the impressive view while benefiting from natural light at many hours of the day.
